DOWNWARD FACING DOG POSE:

FOUR LIMBED STAFF POSES:

This is a common pose in a sun salutation. It strengthens arms wrist and tones the abdomen.



COBRAS POSE:

Cobra pose is best known for strengthening the back by bending back muscles .it increases flexibility and stretches the chest, shoulders, and abdomen.

TREE POSE:

Tree pose is great for improving posture and balance. It strengthens the core, ankles, thighs, and spine

Lying straight like a corpse, for relaxation and meditation, a corpse pose is beneficial to end your yoga class. So do it always.
