Summers can be lazy sometimes. All-day, we like doing nothing, except for sitting in one place or sleeping. But this laziness can cost us our health. That’s why we have cataloged a few tips and workouts for you to keep you healthy.

Exercising is equally important to stay healthy as a healthy & nutritious diet. But as soon as the dry & hot wind starts to blow, we lose all the motivation to exercise.

  • Swimming

It is a fun and thrilling exercise that will make you learn a new sport and shape you. Swimming will strengthen your hands & leg muscles along with core muscles like the abdomen, hip bone, back.

What could be the better way to get healthy while playing your favorite sport? Fun right? So, this season, join any sports club you like, for example, cricket, badminton, volleyball, etc., and it will help you improve your social & communication skills.

Now, while doing any form of exercise or workout, there are some tips you should consider before starting.

  1. Vigorous exercise can cause headaches, nausea in this season. So, please don’t overdo it! Hear to your body, and slow down, if required.
  2. Always carry a water bottle while going for workouts to not get dehydrated in between the session.
  3. Wear loose-fitting cotton clothes, so that air can pass through your body, and don’t restrict your breathing.
  4. Always stretch and warm up before you start because they warm your muscles for intense training and metabolize blood sugar.
  5. Try to fit your workout schedule in the morning or evening, as the weather is comparatively chill than the rest of the day.
  6. Some of us also feel bored exercising alone. So, find the company of your friends or family to make it enjoyable.
